Agreed, I think this strip officially proves that Horatio has crossed the line from “overly-zealous and devoted employee” to “creepy stalker”. But he is a cute and funny creepy stalker, so I guess we can forgive him.

I like how in the fifth panel you didn’t show Geoffry’s eyes. It’s a good emotional tool.

Also, Horatio’s mention of the ‘first born son’ seems a little creepy to me, maybe because it reminds me of all those fairy tales where the price for some favor was the person’s first born son. And man, is Horatio obsessed, or what? (I would say the answer is not ‘or what’.)

It’s definitely Arthur. It’s well known that she likes to torment him by being close to Mordred, and it was already mentioned that he would be furious to find out that Mordred came to see her instead of him. Hnaef practically said it when he said that it is boring with Arthur in France where he can’t get back as soon. That is why Janus is wondering why Arthur hasn’t arrived yet–he’s trapped in France.
