Lucky shot? She just got stabbed through her entire body…unless she’s some sort of supermutant self-healer, that’s almost guaranteed to be some sort of fatal injury…

I think I’m probably the only fan who doesn’t like Sedrick, but as such, this entire storyline really ticks me off. I’m sort of hoping someone will come and kick his ass. Prolly Wiglaf, of course, but I’m holding out for Mordred or Azrael. Or maybe Wiglaf and Azzy could put aside their differences and take out Sedrick. XD (Like that’ll ever happen…)

Well, in a choice between your options of Joint-Wiglaf-Azrael-Team, and Mordred actually doing something, I’d say the chances are slim on both sides.
Unless Liliy turns Mordred all randomly awesome in an Epic Ass-Pull move…

Do you mean Mordred’s totall apathy or did he actually do something physical? If so, when was this and I really need to catch up.

I don’t know it would be interesting to see Mordred actually say/do something that isn’t like him. I don’t know maybe turn out to be a really skilled fighter but just is too lazy to do it because he rather has other people do his dirty work. I mean even his sister (the younger one) has a demented side when she wanted to kill Wiglaf with an apple peeler. Some of his parents influence has to go somewhere so where?!?!

Oh gosh. I really do like Mrs. G. but Sedrick is so so deliciously evil and conniving. And if she saw Hildeburh she really should have done something about him…

The old woman has slaughtered millions mercilessly, pretty much undefeated in anyway, even going so far as to assasinate the wife of the most feared man on the planet.

Tis Just A Flesh Wound!

As for sedrick.

You know. I gotta love compelling powerfull villains who have unusual quirks.

Sedrick, hes not as compelling, he doesnt seem to have any motivation for his psychotic break to become a cruel monster. Sure hes always been insane, but this is bizarre.

No offense. I love this arc. Seeing him snap is hysterical, but meeeeh.

I am under impressed with the CHARACTER and more impressed with the story.

Than again, to be honest, all the characters in this series are pretty flat. Doesn’t change the fact that I adore it. :P

Oh Mrs. G you really should NOT underestimate your opponent that’s how all the mighty ones fall. Being retired has made you just too complacent. I can think of only one treat the Arthur would like (thats still alive poor dragons) and that’s his little brother who has the ultimate bodyguard. I can’t wait to see when Morderd and Wiglaf get involved

As much as I think Sedrick can pull off what he’s saying he can do, I’m I the only one thinking that his brain is due for an “Plosion?” Not a physicial one, mind you. It just seems that someone is going to kick his butt, or foil his plans in the simplest way possible and his brain will “Plode.”

I just can’t decide whether it will “Im”plode or “Ex”plode, though if it’s all just a mental thing, does it matter?

Reply

Well, mentally, since he’s gone mental, I would believe it would be an implosion at this rate. And yes, it does matter, it’s the principal of the thing.

Mrs. G should have actually done something about Hildeburh immediately after she became aware of him. She’s too overconfident for her own good. Also, it’s very amusing to see Sedrick attempting to placate Arthur by bringing him treats like you would do with a pet dog. XD

Oh yeah, and Mrs. G continues to look awesome in that outfit. I like her various poses. :D

…It’s odd, i said the same thing about the dog I’m puppy-sitting just yesterday… Seddy and I are psychically linked <3

Hmmm…

I think Sedrick already knows how Arthur will react to seeing all he cares about injured and potentially destroyed. In fact, I think he’s counting on it.

Even Mr. G said Arthur might surprise Sedrick implying that he might rise up and give Sedzy a major smack down. You know, unleashing Arthur’s own inner villain – which incidentally is what Sedrick has wanted all along – for Arthur to fulfill his evil potential – even at the cost of Sedrick himself?

Plus…shaking off the shackles of civility…is fun! =)

ok, last page her face magically healed from serious burns. This time his face magically healed from some serious blunt force trauma. And apparently she is going to survive a sword through her abdomen…. what kind of magic do they use to heal?

Reply

She noticed him…. but just let him stab her? I love this arc but I’m a bit confused as to how that worked. XD

Reply

she obviously didn’t LET him, she under estimated him and assumed that she could dodge. Despite being able to notice him she wasn’t that fast.
