Ben is currently surrounded by murderers, thugs and thieves. I’d say that he needs any help he can get!
Also, if he managed to get those power-limiter belts on once he can probably do it again, later, when he’s somewhere much, much safer than where he is now.

And now we learn just a wee bit more about our bondage buddy – he likes taking peoples stuff where grace likes taking peoples lives.

I sniff a hint of a connection here for our “set”. We already know that they were “alive” at some point and were more than likely not-so-much-so at around the same time. We have a vacuous dilettante, a con artist and a serial murderer. Now what kind of event do you suppose would link these three and what ever other artifacts are in the set? I wonder… (not really but the answer seems way to obvious and Lilly would never hit us with the obvious now would she?)

Objectification as punishment? I have a hard time imagining Bliss doing anything to annoy a wizard intentionally.
Unintentionally? VERY MUCH SO. But that wizard would have to have a serious attitude problem to punish an airhead for being an airhead like that.

I meant more along the lines of one of them said something to the witch/warlock and in order not to listen to them he turned the lot of them into objects. Afterward said witch/wizard went mad because he technically owned them all. 0_0

Uh, no. Remember, Grace can hear Éclat and Azrael can’t. Azrael usually listens to Grace, even if he decides to do something different, but Ben clearly has a more troubled relationship with Éclat.
Why that matters is that Éclat has been whining non-stop for Ben to escape and snarling at Grace to stay away.

I thought you were inferring something… particularly vile about, “I hope not kiddo, we might never see them again. Especially if he takes as long as you do,” and so I was explaining this was to fill Azrael in on what Éclat is up to.

No, I won’t explain what that was because I try not to make jokes that rancid when there may be children around with sensitive parents.

Well, on the ustream session, liliy mentioned that the title came from a dirty joke of Graces(one that implied that Ben and Éclat were hooking up in there) and that Grace makes a lot of dirty jokes(she also called him a perv as well).
So yes, it would be safe to assume he did make a dirty joke.
