Simple Chocolate Cake
I too often enjoy cake without icing. Fresh and warm from the oven. It is a great and simple way to eat cake. :D

Another great way to enjoy cake is to eat it frozen. I don’t know why, but one of my favorite ways to keep cake (usually birthday cake) is to freeze it and take pieces to eat while it’s still frozen.
I feel like it improves the icing, too.
